Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District
The District’s service area includes Geneva, Sudden Valley and the North Shore of Lake Whatcom.
Customers are encouraged to attend meetings and share their views with the Commissioners on the second and last Wednesday of each month. Meetings are now hybrid, and may be attended in person or virtually.
Utility bills are for water and sewer services received in the previous two months and are mailed out bi-monthly.
The District is divided into five districts and is governed by a five member Board of Commissioners who set the policies and rates of the District.
